Raw material:

We select our suppliers through a thorough analysis of companies around the world where the quality of steel is indisputable (Macsteel Int Iscor, Ispac, Gerdau, Nippon Steel, Belgo Mineira).

Production Process:

Before entering the manufacturing process, the raw material goes through the process of pickling and wire drawing and heat distensions in a controlled atmosphere furnace, resulting in an optimal hardness steel for the manufacture of our products. Quality Control:

Our products undergo strict quality control, such as:

a) Metallographic analysis of the raw material, which consists in controlling the structure and internal defects of the raw material, through a microscope;
b) Chemical Attack of the raw material,
c) Hardness Test product, which is to calculate the pure resistance of steel, with a hardness;
d) Stress Test or Drive and adjustment, which refers to the measurement of the mechanical strength of the product through Torque;
e) The dimensional analysis of the product, primarily through the meter profiles;
f) and measurement of the coating layer of the product, through the micrometer.
